Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
